The JOURNEY

BEFORE the project

Before our collaboration, DBPHAIR had been operating for nearly 7 years. Daniela, the business owner, had already built a strong presence within the hair community thanks to her exceptional customer service and high-quality hair products. Nevertheless, she aspired to rebrand the business, elevating it to a more premium service with a refreshed and glamorous aesthetic. She also wanted an entirely new website and booking system.

PART 1 - Strategy

We started our journey with an intensive half-day strategy session. During this session, we delved into the business's core purpose, the inspiration behind it, the brand concept, a comprehensive service description, its mission, and set of goals for the future. Subsequently, we conducted thorough market research, analyzed competitors, and gained a deep understanding of the target audience.

PART 2 - design

With a clear vision of how we wanted to turn the business into a premium, distinguished brand, we began the process of defining a brand identity design. This design not only authentically mirrored the brand's core essence but was also crafted to resonate with its audience. The creative journey involved developing moodboards, a bespoke colour palette and logo design suite, and producing mockups to offer a glimpse into the brand's future expansion. Additionally, we designed an entirely new website to complete this transformation.

the launch party

After finalising all the design elements, we shifted our focus to organising the launch party to introduce the new era of DBPHAIR. For this event, we arranged the venue, designed merchandise and packaging, created decorations, and curated interactive activities. These elements not only showcased the brand's new image but also generated excitement for this exciting new chapter of the business.

The website

The launch party

After working together for five months, we finally reached the long-anticipated launch party. With 250 confirmed guests, we made sure to choose a spacious venue that could comfortably host everyone and display the new branding and products. Together, we created various materials, such as business cards, loyalty cards, thank-you cards, stickers, boxes, branded menus, custom table cards, and decorative elements.

The primary goal of the launch party was to unveil the new branding, showcase the revamped website, and introduce the new product line to the guests, many of whom were loyal DBPHAIR clients. Not only did we achieve that, but we also created a special and memorable evening for the business and all the guests.

Since then, the DBPHAIR team has quickly filled all their available booking slots for the upcoming months. They've also received praise for the new brand look and an overwhelming outpouring of support and enthusiasm from their clients, who eagerly anticipate the brand's new era.
