First, let’s get real for a second. You might not be the next big thing like Coca-Cola (yet!), but you’re definitely not just trying to blend in with all the other products out there. So, how do you turn your awesome business idea into a brand that people will remember and love?

Do an in-depth analysis of competitors. This will enable you to:
- Identify gaps, areas of opportunity, and key differentiators to position your brand
- Claim the space you want to own in the minds of your customers
- Understand your market’s consumer behaviour, including how your audience buys, and what motivates them to come back.
